Job summary

Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an international DevOps team in Amsterdam, responsible for development, operation and continuous improvement of critical platforms, APIs and microservices.

You will automate deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, manage OS security, and enhance monitoring with Grafana/Prometheus/ELK, while collaborating in an Agile squad and owning improvements end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Hands-on with Ansible or similar automation tooling.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Red Hat/RHEL environments.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell or Ansible.
• Experience with virtualization or container technologies such as VMware, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift or OpenStack.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tooling.
• Understanding of REST APIs, DevOps/SRE concepts and RDBMS.
• Experience working with clustered, high-availability environments.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Support High Availability and Disaster Recovery testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes and implement structural improvements.
• Work on infrastructure automation, environment setup, monitoring and deployment processes.
• Support security controls, vulnerability management and IT risk requirements.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum squad and collaborate closely with technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of issues and improvements from identification through to completion.
