Every day, ships, terminals, traders and surveyors coordinate complex vessel operations through documents, email and phone calls. UAB-Online brings these stakeholders together in one platform, making liquid and dry bulk operations safer, more efficient and more sustainable.
With 10,000+ users across 100+ terminals and more than one million vessel visits handled, we’re scaling internationally. We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our Azure platform and help our engineering team deliver dependable software.
You’ll be our only dedicated DevOps engineer, owning the Azure infrastructure and delivery processes behind our product. Following a focused onboarding, we expect you to run the platform independently within approximately three months, ideally sooner.
Around half your time will focus on platform improvements, alongside developer support, administration and occasional incident response. You’ll collaborate with developers and QA and coordinate our external managed-service partner for maintenance, specialist advice and larger projects.
An early priority will be helping bring AI agents into our software development lifecycle, ensuring secure tooling, reliable environments and appropriate delivery controls.
Experience with AI-assisted engineering, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or Azure serverless services is welcome.
You’ll work on software supporting critical maritime operations worldwide. In a growing company of around 30 people, communication is direct, decisions have visible impact and there’s room to shape how we work.
Some flexibility is needed for planned upgrades and rare critical incidents outside office hours.
