G-STAR RAW in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Buyer Merchandiser to own a global full price and off-price assortment for EU DTC and wholesale. You will manage product categories end-to-end, balancing creative vision with commercial targets, and collaborate across design, planning, and retail teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of fashion buying, and fluency in English. This position offers hybrid work with a focus on denim leadership and brand elevation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business and/or Fashion with 5–8 years in selection or buying.
• Experience collaborating with Design and Merchandise Planning.
• Strong weekly retail and e-commerce trading focus to achieve net sales and EBITDA.
• Analytical skills to understand current trade and future buying needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build the full price and off-price global assortment strategy.
• Define seasonal product briefs and manage EU DTC capsules.
• Collaborate with Wholesale on product briefs and price-point strategy.
• Review sales, margins, and sell-through to guide buying decisions.
• Present range selections and lead training for stores and teams.
