Job summary

Xelvin in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Demand Planner to own the global demand plan and balance customer needs with production realities. You will collaborate with Production, Procurement, Project Management, Account Management, and Logistics to optimize the end-to-end supply chain.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, challenging assumptions, and proactive engagement with customers in a fast-paced production environment. Strong Lean/Kaizen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in supply chain or related field.
• 7+ years in demand planning or related areas in a production environment.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI tools.
• Experience with Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously optimize the global demand planning process in a dynamic production environment
• Translate complex data (historical sales, forecasts, market trends) into actionable and accurate demand plans
• Act as a strong business partner to Production, Procurement, Project Management, Account Management, and Logistics
• Engage directly with customers to align expectations and manage demand volatility
• Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and take decisive action to mitigate them
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and challenge existing processes to elevate performance
