Responsibilities

• Own the global demand planning process; continuously improve in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Analyse historical sales data, forecasts and market developments to create actionable demand plans.
• Partner with Production, Procurement, Project Management, Account Management and Logistics.
• Collaborate with customers to align expectations and manage demand fluctuations.
• Identify supply chain risks and bottlenecks; take timely actions to minimise impact.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate processes to boost performance.
