Job summary

Sanofi in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Demand Lead to own market IBP, aligning commercial, finance, regulatory, quality and production planning around one plan. You’ll drive forecasting, inventory, and product availability while reducing waste and obsolescence.

You will coordinate launches, regulatory changes, and portfolio changes, partnering with Demand Planners and Global teams to ensure accurate master data and a lean planning cycle across the market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, pharma experience is a plus.
• Strong systems and project management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with IBP planning and managing master data accuracy.
• Proficient in English; academic background in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly IBP process and align stakeholders across functions.
• Oversee product portfolio changes and maintain planning master data.
• Coordinate demand and supply reviews, including scenarios and contingencies.
• Ensure alignment with Finance on forecasts and action plans.
• Run MBR meetings, capture actions, and mitigate shortages and waste.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and delivery.
