Job summary

Apadmi Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end digital product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration. You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering and Architecture to translate business needs into high-performing experiences.

You’ll mentor other Delivery Managers, influence commercial outcomes, and help grow Apadmi’s delivery capability while building trusted client relationships and ensuring successful outcomes on complex

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex digital products in an agency/consultancy environment.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, scoping, and backlog management.
• Strong commercial ownership with budgeting, forecasting, estimation and change control.
• Confident leading senior client relationships and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for project delivery, financial performance, client satisfaction, and team leadership across complex digital engagements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage delivery backlogs and coordinate multidisciplinary teams through discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Establish project plans, delivery commitments, milestones, and governance frameworks.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and resources while making informed technical delivery decisions with Eng/Architect teams.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and successful product launches.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance, including SOWs, estimates, and change control.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as their primary delivery partner.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams to elevate Apadmi’s delivery capability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
