Job summary

Coda is seeking a senior analytics/data science leader to drive insights for its global B2C platforms. You will shape analytics across Recharge and Startselect, translating complex data into strategic decisions for executives.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled, scalable analytics and measurable commercial impact. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in analytics and marketing analytics, with Python/R, SQL/Hive expertise, and a degree in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with structured and unstructured datasets (SQL/Hive).
• Strong statistical and experimentation expertise (p-values, t-tests, geo-experimentation).
• Advanced knowledge of customer and marketing analytics, including pricing elasticity and related models.
• Proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute company strategy across payment flows, paid marketing, customer retention, and product strategy for EU operations (Recharge & Startselect).
• Partner with Directors and C-level executives, translating complex data topics into clear insights for senior audiences.
• Demonstrate commercial impact of recommendations by linking findings to business outcomes.
• Conduct advanced strategic analyses to identify opportunities and maximize value for offerings.
• Balance scalable self-service analytics (Tableau, AI interfaces) with tailored analytical solutions.
• Embed AI into the Data Analytics team’s workflows, transforming data at scale for stakeholders.
