Job summary

Bol.com is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for Advertising Analytics to own analyses end-to-end and transform data into decisions. You will work with leadership, finance, sales, marketing and business development to explain performance and guide execution of core initiatives.

We value hands-on analytics with 4+ years of experience, fluency in SQL and Python, and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into shipped answers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience and a strong foundation in SQL and Python.
• Ability to translate messy questions into shipped analytical answers with impact.
• Experience with causal inference, econometrics or related quantitative methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses end-to-end from framing questions to delivering actionable insights.
• Build and maintain driver trees and financial narratives explaining revenue movements.
• Dive deep into ad performance and domain expertise for stakeholders.
• Apply causal inference or econometric methods where appropriate.
• Leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks and elevate high-value work.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts to strengthen problem framing and thinking.
• Write clean, scalable SQL and Python to solve real business problems.
