Job summary
John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a Senior Site Manager with Data Centre and Highrise experience to join our Amsterdam team. You will oversee the operational management of large-scale projects, lead on-site teams, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery aligned with the programme and commercial targets.

Qualifications
- Lead and manage complex construction sites, including data centre and high-rise elements.
- Promote safety, quality and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to meet programme and budget.
- Support on-site teams through mentoring and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety and alignment with the programme.
- Lead Site Managers and supervisory staff to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
- Monitor progress against the programme and milestones.
- Coordinate site setup and prepare facilities ahead of launch.
- Manage sub-contractor relationships and resolve on-site issues.
