Job summary

Oracle Amsterdam seeks a seasoned Datacenter Services Operations professional to oversee break/fix, hardware maintenance, network configuration, and augmentation within a high‑availability data center environment.

You will mentor junior technicians, validate cabling and connectivity, enforce SOPs/MOPs, monitor SLAs, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure resilient, reliable, and secure service delivery for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and server hardware maintenance.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and follow SOPs/MOPs.
• Familiarity with network cabling validation and device connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Datacenter Services Operations—Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: Identifies opportunities for other team members to work with server components and main hardware to ensure efficient performance for its entire lifecycle.
• Datacenter Services Operations—Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation: Guides and instructs technicians on network communications and solutions, signing off on client configurations.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Monitors and assigns work in ticketing environment, mentoring technicians and implementing solutions within SLAs.
