As part of your operational interventions and contributions to the internal development of the firm, you will:

• Innovate within the Sia CyberLab by developing new offers and SaaS solutions around advanced technologies, capitalizing on AI expertise, performing benchmarks and proof of concepts for cyber solutions, and participating in active monitoring of cyber news.
• Become a cybersecurity trainer within the Sia Cyber Institute, contributing to the preparation and delivery of certified training sessions as an accredited trainer, as well as customized awareness and coaching sessions.
• Participate in the development of the firm's cybersecurity expertise by contributing to publications such as articles, insights, white papers, studies, and webinars, and representing the firm at professional clubs, trade shows, and events.
• Support business development through the design and development of business proposals and the identification of new collaboration opportunities with clients.
• Manage projects from start to finish, or lead sub-projects within complex and/or international projects, ensuring proactive and regular reporting to the Manager and the Client.
• Manage client relationships during missions and build strong relationships with client-side stakeholders at middle management level.
• Supervise consultants from junior to confirmed level within missions or internal projects, acting as a referent and relay for the Manager/Senior Manager, validating deliverables, evaluating achievements, and supporting the development of their soft and hard skills.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• You have 3-6 years of relevant working experience within a consultancy firm, including cybersecurity projects.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and enthusiasm for helping clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
• Knowledge of IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix/Linux, Windows and/or macOS), Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), Applications (Web Server, BDD, Middleware, etc.), as well as Cryptography; knowledge of Blockchain would be a plus.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible, and entrepreneurial.
• English and Dutch communication and presentation skills.
