Neways Advanced Applications BV seeks a Senior CFT Lead to drive a multidisciplinary Customer Focus Team in a high-tech environment. You will lead, align, and manage delivery to the customer, coordinating with Account Management and internal performance teams to ensure timely, quality results.

You bring 8+ years of leadership in technical projects, with strong Dutch and English communication and a clear, ownership-driven mindset.

Formación

• This role requires 8+ years leading teams in a technical, customer-focused environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's level thinking in related fields.
• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain oversight, set priorities and make decisions.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focus, direction and structure to the team in a matrix org.
• Develop processes and people, coordinating with department heads.
• Coordinate customer-focused improvement initiatives with Account Management.
• Lead QLTC-S progress and report to management; ensure alignment with customer.
• Coach team members and align product portfolio with customer roadmap.
