Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience leading teams in a technical, customer-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (SCM, Logistics, IE, Business Engineering).
• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong oversight, prioritization, and decisive decision-making.
