Job summary

Storio group is seeking a Senior CRM & CDP Technology Specialist to join the CRM Technology team in Marketing and Commercial. You will partner with CRM Marketing and Customer Engagement Product teams to power personalized experiences for millions of customers across Europe, bridging campaign execution with real-time data orchestration.

You will focus on hands-on delivery across Braze and Tealium CDP, set up event routing and scalable workflows, and help shape how we reach customers while

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with both CDP and Customer Engagement Platforms.
• 3+ years building technical CRM solutions and data integrations.
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and liquid templating.
• Experience with real time API integrations and Webhooks.
• Understanding of email deliverability and domain setup.
• Clear English communication across international teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs for Braze and Tealium.
• Set up data flows, REST APIs, Webhooks, and connectors between data systems.
• Build multi‑channel workflows, personalization logic, and audience segments.
• Create real time attributes, event metrics, and streaming audiences to activate in Braze.
• Provide daily technical support, fix data issues, and assist campaigns with edge cases.
• Monitor campaign technical performance, email deliverability, and event processing integrity.
• Write up-to-date technical docs and integration diagrams for workflows.
