Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in crisis or emergency management, including leading high‑impact cyber/fraud crises.
• Awareness of regulations (NIS2, DORA, GDPR) and their application in crisis governance.
• Experience integrating incident management with crisis response and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Own crisis management strategy and governance across Booking.com and Booking Holdings.
• Lead active crisis response with 24/7 readiness and cross‑brand coordination.
• Coordinate across functions, brands and executive leadership for aligned response.
• Advise executives during high‑stakes events with concise, actionable briefings.
• Design and run tabletop exercises and training for executives and responders.
• Lead post‑crisis reviews to identify improvements and ensure follow‑through.
• Build and develop the Crisis Management team and resources.
