Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in related field; education, training and experience accepted.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience with site visits and data verification.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Fluency in Dutch is required for this role.
• Ability to work from the Amsterdam office and manage travel across The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remotely).
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality.
• Reviews source documents and CRFs; drives query resolution within timelines.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, import/export and storage per protocol.
• Maintains ISF and TMF alignment; supports recruitment and retention efforts.
• Contributes to audit readiness and participates in sponsor meetings and training.
