Job summary

WEP Clinical Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Senior CRA) to oversee on-site and remote monitoring in compliance with GCP and regulatory standards.

You will manage site relationships, ensure data integrity, and support study procedures, with potential leadership of other CRAs. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of monitoring experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of on-site and remote monitoring experience.
• Senior CRA levels: SCRA I and SCRA II responsibilities.
• Broad therapeutic exposure across multiple study types.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Design and review study documents (protocols, CRFs, ICFs, study plans).
• Lead site feasibility activities and site selection.
• Plan and conduct SIVs, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Train and guide site staff on protocol compliance and regulations.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure audit-ready site files.
• Review IP accountability and safety event documentation; drive CAPAs.
• Manage data queries and track action items to deadlines.
• Support investigator meetings and contribute to SOPs and templates.
• Lead monitoring on complex studies when assigned.
