Job summary

PwC Nederland seeks a Senior Consultant to advise on performance improvement and restructuring for Dutch and European clients. You will work with teams across levels and interact with banks, PE firms and insolvency trustees to shape solutions.

The role blends financial insight with strategic project delivery in a dynamic environment. You will contribute to all aspects of restructurings, financing strategies and potential insolvency processes, while growing professionally within PwC’s network and

Qualifications

Master's degree in finance, economics, business, legal or technical field with at least two years of relevant work experience.
Strong team-work and a consultant mindset are essential.
Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking are required.

Responsibilities

Advise Dutch and European companies on performance improvement and restructuring, refinancing, M&A, and insolvency options.
Collaborate with colleagues from junior to partner level in cross-functional sub teams.
Interact with banks, companies, private equity and insolvency trustees to deliver client solutions.
