Job summary

PwC Netherlands is seeking a Manager Performance Improvement to lead transformation projects for Dutch and European clients, focusing on performance improvement, cash management and operating model redesign.

You will translate complex analyses into practical recommendations, drive implementation with clients and colleagues across Deals, Strategy & Consulting, and help organisations deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting performance improvement lifecycles from strategic opportunity to delivery.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight to transformation programmes and articulate client challenges clearly.
• Analyse information and translate into structured, pragmatic recommendations.
• Drive implementation of recommendations with client and team in a rapid, sustainable fashion.
• Perform cashflow sensitivity analysis, baselining and forecast reviews for stakeholders.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development of the practice.
