Job summary

PwC Nederland seeks a Manager in Performance Improvement to drive transformation for Dutch and European clients. You will balance strategic insight with financial and operating analytics, shaping initiatives across cost reduction, cash management and operating model redesign.

Collaboration with Deals, Strategy & Consulting teams is key. You will translate complex analyses into pragmatic recommendations, lead implementation with clients, and build strong relationships to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and translate insights into decisions.
• Experience with performance improvement, cost reduction or cash management is a plus.
