Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years M&A experience or corporate transformations.
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute analyses on performance, costs, and operations.
• Structure problems into clear, actionable solutions and guide workstreams.
• Assess org setups with standalone financials and separation or integration plans.
• Build business cases for synergies and cost optimization.
• Translate priorities into concrete actions and drive execution.
• Collaborate with clients to guide decisions and maintain momentum.
• Coach junior team members for high-quality delivery.
