About The Role

In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large‑scale transformations with an experienced team of professionals. We help C‑level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go‑to‑market value propositions, design an operational turn‑around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.

What You’ll Do

• Help structure a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met
• Work as a close‑knit team to ensure the best outcome for our clients is achieved
• Analyze client and market data to uncover unique insights, and turn these insights into recommendations
• Travel to the client’s location to participate in workshops and interviews
• Translate recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to C‑suite
• Support the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals

What You Will Need to Succeed

Qualifications and Experience

• You have 2‑6 years of relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company
• You have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Experience in aviation sector is a plus, but not mandatory

• Ability to analyse complex information to aid decision‑making
• Ability to take initiative, initiate and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally

• International travel will be required as part of this position
