About The Role

In our Business Transformation practice, we support companies in times of large transformations. We determine the direction of the company at critical moments, such as mergers and integrations, due diligence and large-scale transformations and focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs with an experienced team of professionals.

We help C-level executives identify new business opportunities, redefine existing and new business models, revise go-to-market value propositions, designing an operational turn-around plan, and develop and implement new organizational models.

The new joiner will be part of the Business Transformation team in Benelux, collaborating closely with our offices across the EMEA region, and at the same time, be a member of the global aviation practice that focuses on delivering value to airlines and aviation ecosystem partners

What You’ll Do

• Help structure and lead a project workstream to ensure critical project deadlines are met
• Work as a close-knit team to ensure the best outcome for our clients is achieved
• Analyze client and market data to uncover unique insights, and turn these insights into recommendations and actionable strategic plans
• Conduct operational and financial analyses to identify strengths and pain points
• Travel to the client’s location to participate in meetings and interviews
• Translate recommendations into digestible storylines that can be presented to C-suite
• Support the growth of our office through business development activities, such as writing proposals

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Qualifications and Experience
  • You have 2-6 years of relevant work experience at a tier 1 consulting company
  • You have completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Experience in or affinity with the aviation sector is a plus

• Skills and Competencies
  • Ability to effectively navigate organisational dynamics
  • Ability to analyse complex information to aid decision-making
  • Ability to take initiative, initiate and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders with different levels of seniority, including C-suite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
  • Flexible approach to work, with the desire and capability to work across sectors, project types and regions
  • International travel will be required as part of this position
  • International cultural awareness, given the global nature of our clients
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch of other languages is considered an asset
