Job summary

Sia, a next-generation management consulting group, is seeking bright consultants to help transform clients through data science, creativity and responsibility. You will handle strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign and operational excellence across diverse projects.

You will also contribute to internal activities such as developing our offer and supporting business development. We value fast responsibility, collaboration, and a strong interest in data and AI.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 0 to 2 years of consultancy experience.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance or pension sectors.
• Outstanding collaborative team player with good communication skills.
• Analytical mind able to synthesize conclusions.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with quick learning ability.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics: strategic positioning, new business orientations, organisational redesign, business re-engineering, operational excellence...

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia ’ internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting innovation and challenges in on or more of these sectors
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• You have 0to 2years’ experience within a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of the bank,insurance or Pensionsector.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions..
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
