Job summary

Trinamics is recruiting for a Communications Project Manager – Digital to join the Strategy, Insights & Operations team at a global technology leader in the Eindhoven region. The role oversees digital communications programs across multiple platforms, bridging communications and IT, with 6–16 month projects and teams of 2–8 FTE from various functions.

You will own the full project lifecycle, manage plans and roadmaps, lead teams, control budgets, and mentor junior colleagues while building

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in a high-tech corporate environment (semiconductor equipment industry is a strong plus).
• 7+ years of experience managing digital communications programs or projects, including the interface between IT and other corporate functions.
• Solid knowledge of industry-standard project management methods.

What you’ll do

You join the Strategy, Insights & Operations team within the global Communications function, which has colleagues on three continents. You lead complex projects and workstreams in digital communications that span multiple publication platforms and bridge communications and IT. Projects typically run 6 to 16 months, with teams of 2 to 8 FTE from communications, IT, other departments and suppliers. You lead with a flexible style, sharp on content and considerate toward people.

• Own project delivery, from requirements gathering and stakeholder consultation to verification of the final deliverables
• Draw up and manage project plans and roadmaps in line with the organization’s project and program management framework
• Lead project teams by setting the vision, managing resources, and coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Manage costs, forecasts and variances, and report transparently on status, progress and performance
• Brief and manage external suppliers with clear goals and boundary conditions
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies, and set up recovery plans when delivery is at risk
• Build strong relationships with IT, internal customers and external partners
• Track business benefits and take action to maximize them
• Contribute to improvement and change initiatives that help the communications function mature

What you bring
