Frencken Group Limited (FGL) in Eindhoven develops and produces complex precision mechanical parts using advanced machining techniques. The role is based in the Work Preparation department, where routing is planned and orders are prepared for production.

You will write CNC programs in Top Solid 7, coordinate with quality, and oversee and optimize operations across departments to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts. A strong focus on high tolerances and process improvement is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of CNC milling experience, with 5+ years in CAM.
• Experience with CAM systems and macro programming for machining centers and rotary-milling setups.
• Knowledge of materials, machining technology, clamping technology and CNC production.
• Siemens 840D knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare production orders and guide them through the production process.
• Write CNC programs in Top Solid 7.
• Coordinate with the quality department during production.
• Coordinate and optimize different operations.
