Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Amsterdam/remote is seeking a Staff Customer Success Engineer who will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers during their cloud transformation journey, helping ensure secure adoption of public cloud security and accelerating business value.

You will collaborate with customer Security Architects, Security Engineers, InfoSec and DevOps teams within mid-to-large enterprises to implement best-in-class cloud security solutions and to maximize return on investment,

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers maximize ROI by rapidly implementing Palo Alto Networks solutions.
• Assist customers with custom integrations and workflows integrated into SOC.
• Be the first line of defense in resolving customer support requests and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on cloud security initiatives.
