Job summary

Smart Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions, part of the DKV Mobility Group, is seeking a senior engineer to join an agile end-to-end team in Amsterdam. You will work on scalable, cloud-native solutions, translating user needs into robust code while mentoring colleagues and contributing to architecture decisions.

You will drive code quality, secure practices, and cost optimization, collaborating with Heads of Engineering to shape the platform’s architecture and future direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in object-oriented programming, building large-scale systems with C#/.Net and Vue.js.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles in backend and frontend engineering.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills; tech-lead experience is a strong plus.
• Experience leading technical design activities for new features.
• Drive to monitor and optimize code quality, cloud usage and costs.
• Experience with CI/CD and automating the software development lifecycle.
• Fluency in English; sustainable mindset.
