Job summary

Fastned is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join its Charging team in Amsterdam. You will design and implement scalable, highly available backend services using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes and Kafka, ensuring robustness for a growing European charging network.

You should bring 7+ years of backend experience and an AI-first mindset. Expect collaboration across engineering, platform teams and stakeholders to drive performance, reliability and security.
