Job summary

Kaiko is seeking a Clinical Data & Evaluation Lead to manage the expert network of healthcare professionals in the Netherlands and across Europe. You will design evaluation programs, ensure data quality and bias control, and work closely with ML engineers and clinicians.

You’ll build onboarding processes, define tasks, timelines, and costs, and scale the network as our product usage grows. Fluent Dutch and English are essential, with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in

Qualifications

• Clinical fluency: you understand healthcare well enough to know who should do a task, how difficult it is, and whether the output is credible.
• Dutch and European healthcare: fluent in Dutch, know the Dutch system to build relationships with clinicians and institutions, and extend across Europe.
• Program and operations leadership: led complex, multi-contributor programs to a deadline, involving clinical data, research, annotation or evaluation.
• Annotation and evaluation methodology: comfortable with rubric design, calibration, sampling, inter-annotator agreement and adjudication.
• Winning experts over: you find and win over the right experts fast, and know who to approach for what.
• Cross-functional communication: move between HCPs, ML engineers, product and operations to turn draft requests into something concrete.

Responsibilities

• The expert network: Find, screen and onboard the right HCPs across Dutch UMCs, oncology centres and beyond.
• Programs: Turn requests from Clinical AI, Research and Product into well-run evaluation and annotation programs with defined people, process, scale, timeline and cost.
• Quality: Design rubrics and guidelines, calibrate annotators, measure agreement, adjudicate and spot bias.
• Representativeness: Ensure evaluation data reflects product usage and evolves with it.
• Operations: Scale the pool with contractors and manage staffing, access, contracts, budgets and timelines with Recruiting, HR and Legal.
