Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in Roosendaal is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across our European Distribution Centre. You will lead end-to-end process improvements, apply DMAIC, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping, and partner with Site Leadership to deliver measurable gains in productivity, cost and service.

The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 8–12 years in CI/Lean, and strong analytical and communication skills to challenge the status quo and energize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in CI/Lean/Operational Excellence across distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Experience leading large-scale process-improvement initiatives with measurable gains.
• Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Experience in highly automated distribution, warehouse or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Systematically analyse and redesign end-to-end warehouse processes to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems and deliver improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve labour productivity, throughput and material flow.
• Build and manage a prioritised CI roadmap delivering measurable benefits.
• Strengthen operational discipline with standard work, visual management and KPI routines.
• Coach managers and frontline employees in Lean thinking and problem solving.
• Use data and time studies to translate findings into priorities and business cases.
• Lead change and secure stakeholder commitment to lasting improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Maintenance and automation to optimise processes.
• Serve on Site Leadership Team and collaborate across functions to optimise total site performance.
