Job summary

Hollister Incorporated in the Netherlands seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to accelerate operational excellence across our European Distribution Centre. This hands-on role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, deep distribution-centre experience, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in productivity, flow, cost, capacity, quality and service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
8-12 years experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, Operational Excellence, or process improvement roles within distribution, fulfillment, logistics, manufacturing, or other complex operational environments.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable gains in productivity, cost, quality, capacity, or service.
Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead or contribute to CI initiatives across the European Distribution Centre.
Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve labour productivity, throughput, capacity and material flow.
Build and manage a CI roadmap with measurable benefits.
Drive standard work, visual management and KPI routines to sustain improvements.
