Qualifications

• 2–4 years of consulting, strategy, or advisory work with a focus on change management.
• Master's degree from a university or business school; Dutch as primary language.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility.
• Curious and adaptable in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities using structured frameworks.
• Conduct analyses to identify market opportunities and customer insights.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and plans for client decision-making.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Contribute to development of dentsu Consulting offerings and knowledge base.
