Job summary

Prospect Global Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst/Change Epic Owner to drive end-to-end analysis and delivery of regulatory change epics in a hybrid Amsterdam-based role.

You will work with an international self-steering team to deliver epics, develop solution blueprints, assess impacts, and ensure compliance with FM regulations. Strong background in derivatives, bonds, and KYC, plus excellence in Excel and PowerPoint, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years working experience in the financial sector.
• At least 4-6 years of proven track record in delivering change epics/projects, preferably with an Agile Way of Working.
• Advanced level of knowledge and experience of FM regulations (EMIR, MIFID, SFTR etc.).
• In depth FM product knowledge (Derivatives, Bonds etc.) and applicable regulatory requirements on product/asset class.

Responsibilities

• thorough understanding of regulatory and/or policy changes
• thorough impact analysis to determine business and process impact due to the changes
• coming up with solution blueprint and clear approach for solution implementation
• providing standard, scalable and creative solutions to ensure these solutions contribute towards enhancing client experience and regulatory compliance
• documentation of the requirements, impact analysis and solution blueprint and arrange sign off from all stakeholders that are involved in the change
• providing requirements for involved squads for implementation of changes
• estimating BAU impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with the Process managers
• following agile way of working and adhere to team stand‑ups, refinement and planning sessions
• setting clear priorities in the Epic delivery
• end-to-end delivery of epics related to FM regulatory and compliance area
• delivering epics on time and with expected quality
• providing clear status updates on impediments related to the epics
• creating a clear road map for change delivery and align with stake holders
