Job summary

Neways Advanced Applications BV seeks a Senior CFT Lead to steer a multidisciplinary Customer Focus Team, align with internal stakeholders, and ensure delivery of customer-focused improvements. You will drive QLTC-S objectives and sustain strong customer relationships while coordinating with Account Management, MPTs, and CTs in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience leading teams in technical, customer-focused environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, Logistics, IE, or related field.
• Commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• As Senior CFT Lead, provide focus, direction, and structure to the team.
• Lead the CFT and coordinate with Account Management, MPTs, and CTs.
• Develop processes and people with department heads while maintaining oversight.
• Ensure smooth customer and internal operations and reporting.
