Living Infinitely in the Netherlands is seeking a Professional Career Coach to support senior professionals in gaining clarity, direction and leadership growth. You will lead structured, senior‑level conversations and provide premium career and leadership resources to help clients articulate meaningful paths.

This is a self‑directed, performance‑based role that rewards autonomy and initiative. You can work remotely from anywhere in the Netherlands, manage your own schedule, and shape outcomes

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, coaching, talent development, business development, or similar senior fields.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision-makers.
• Growth-oriented mindset and interest in career and leadership development.
• Ability to work independently and manage own time.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
• Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead thoughtful, high-value conversations with professionals exploring career direction, leadership development or transition.
• Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured coaching consultations.
• Apply your leadership, HR, consulting or talent experience to guide clients effectively.
• Use modern digital tools (including AI-supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow.
• Maintain professional communication, follow-up and relationship management.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities.
