Job summary

Financial Finesse is seeking an exceptionally talented Personal Finance Coach to grow our Netherlands offering. Working with our US team, you will localize content, develop programs, and help deliver workshops and one-on-one coaching across in-person, online, phone, and group formats.

You bring 10+ years in financial planning, CFP/FPP certification, and fluent English and Dutch. This part-time role (roughly 20 hours per month) offers remote work with occasional domestic travel to deliver

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of financial planning for Netherlands's population including money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes, and estate planning.
• 10 years min. industry experience, and CFP certification through FPSB Netherlands or Register Financieel Planner (FPP) certification.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Ability and interest in leveraging technology to deliver information in a clear and usable format.
• Coaching approach employing active listening and assessment of needs, compassion and understanding, ability to change approach based on individual needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking experience.
• Initiative, dedication, flexibility, and desire to work in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
• Attention to detail, especially crucial in developing high quality content.

Responsibilities

• Localized content development – review existing content, determine changes needed to apply to local market, create additional content based on gaps identified in personal finance topics
• Product development and innovation – develop new products, services, curriculum, and leverage technology to continually innovate existing products and services
• Research and content contribution – analyze data and experiences to write or edit articles and develop research on trends in personal finance
• Financial education and guidance – facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one on one meetings to help individuals improve their financial habits and behaviors
• Strategic contributions and leadership – leverage personal passions and talents to lead or contribute to build our team and business in Netherlands
