Job summary

IMC Trading in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Campus Recruiter to identify and attract top talent from Europe's premier universities, managing the full campus recruitment lifecycle from identification to selection and on-site events.

You will join the Europe Campus Recruitment team, travel across Europe for recruitment events, collaborate with business leaders, and use data-driven insights to improve fairness and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy organisation.
• Knowledge of financial markets and the trading industry
• A critical eye: you question how things are done, spot trends early and turn them into practical improvements
• The ability to think strategically and act tactically, moving easily between the bigger picture and getting things done today
• A solution-oriented mindset: when something isn't working, you look for a better way
• You enjoy operational recruitment. Running a tight process and giving candidates a great experience energises you
• You build relationships with the business with ease and earn trust as a partner, not just a service provider
• You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
• You work well in a larger team and put collaboration first
• You keep up with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and bring them into your own work

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, assessment review, offer conversations and closing
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and interviewers, and make sure we're aligned on hiring needs and on what great looks like
• Work in a data-driven way, using insights to make our process sharper, fairer and more efficient
• Contribute to strategic projects such as market analyses, process and assessment reviews, and improvements to how we select
• Represent IMC at recruitment events across Europe, with frequent travel (more than four times a year)

Your journey involves navigating the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from identification to selection, and making your mark at European recruitment events.

The team

You'll join our Campus Recruitment team in Europe, based in Amsterdam, part of a wider recruitment organisation of experienced tech, trading and business support recruiters. Collaboration comes first here: we share knowledge, step in for each other in peak season, and succeed as one team.
