We are partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation to appoint an experienced Senior BI Developer on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, data-driven environment supporting commercial and operational decision‑making across international markets.

The Role

As a Senior BI Developer, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and optimise scalable BI solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualisations
• Work with large, complex datasets across commercial and operational domains
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
• Optimise ETL processes and ensure data integrity and governance standards
• Support strategic decision‑making through advanced analytics and performance reporting

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior BI Developer in a global environment
• Strong background within FMCG (highly preferred) or retail
• Experience working with commercial data (sales, trade promotions, pricing, supply chain, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data platforms
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international setting
• Based in the Netherlands (essential)
