Job summary

Anteryon B.V. Senior Business Controller role based in Eindhoven, Netherlands, partners with management on financial planning and strategic decisions. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while leading process improvements and KPI development.

Collaborating with finance leadership and IT, you will deliver data-driven analyses, evaluate investments, and provide actionable insights through ERP reporting and Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, or equivalent.
• 6–8 years in Business/Financial Control or FP&A with advisory experience.
• Strong cost accounting, profitability, inventory, and working capital knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting aligned with strategy.
• Provide independent financial advice and challenge assumptions.
• Develop KPI framework and translate deviations into actions.
• Analyze costing, product profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Evaluate capital investments and business cases with cash flow analysis.
• Develop scenarios, forward-looking projections, and risk assessment.
• Improve processes and cross-functional data reliability.
• Drive month/quarter/year-end closing with clear explanations.
• Enhance management reporting and Power BI dashboards.
• Coach and share knowledge with non-financial stakeholders.
