Adams Multilingual Recruitment is recruiting a Sr Business Controller for an EV and charging infrastructure client in Amsterdam, operating on a hybrid basis. You will partner with Directors and the Board to steer performance and strategic growth.

You’ll bring a Master’s in Finance/Economics/Accounting with 5+ years’ experience, strong data skills, and English fluency (plus another European language). Responsibilities include three-statement modelling, OPEX/CAPEX tracking, and cross‑region

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on, inquisitive attitude with capability to influence board decisions.
• Fluency in English and additional European language(s).
• Interest in sustainability and electric mobility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs and dashboards; provide expert advice to Business Managers.
• Build three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and investments.
• Track opex and capex across Europe; benchmark and align estimates.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and streamline processes.
• Collaborate across commercial, marketing, operations, retail, product and engineering in a high-growth environment.
