Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a Commercial P&C/MGA program based in the Netherlands. You will translate complex insurance requirements into functional designs and manage end‑to‑end configuration and integration work for the Sure Commercial platform.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, drive requirements artifacts, and collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and QA to ensure successful implementation, testing, and deployment in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of business analysis experience in Commercial Property and P&C insurance.
• Experience with MGA models and delegated underwriting across the lifecycle.
• Experience supporting insurance platform implementations, SIT/UAT.

Responsibilities

• Engage with MGA stakeholders and underwriters to gather, analyze and document requirements.
• Translate needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories and specs.
• Perform fit-gap analyses and recommend configurations or integrations.
• Support insurance lifecycle: rating, quoting, binding, issuances, renewals.
• Design broker workflows and manage data integrations with downstream systems.
• Drive testing activities and coordinate stakeholder sign-off.
• Facilitate workshops and maintain traceable requirements throughout delivery.
