Job summary

MSIG Specialty Marine seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to join the Change & Transformation team in Rotterdam. You will bridge business and technology, translating needs into practical requirements and driving process and data improvements across underwriting, pricing and portfolio management.

You will work with senior stakeholders, map current processes, support UAT, and help enable successful adoption of change initiatives in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong ability to elicit, document, analyse and manage complex requirements.
• Proven skills in process mapping and driving process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture objectives, processes and improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, document, validate business, functional and data requirements; maintain traceability.
• Support design of future-state operating models and target processes.
• Coordinate validation, testing and business readiness activities.
