Job summary

Loop Earplugs seeks a senior graphic designer to partner with Art Directors, Brand, Growth, CRM, and Product teams, turning briefs into a scalable visual direction for ecommerce and campaigns.

You’ll define typography, colour, layout, motion, and design principles, then translate them into guidelines and toolkits for internal teams and external partners.

You’ll also lead high‑impact branding moments, from packaging to collaborations, applying AI thoughtfully while preserving human judgement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of graphic design experience in ecommerce, DTC, or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showing campaigns you’ve helped concept and shape.
• Excellent craft across typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing campaigns across multiple channels: social, CRM, web, marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign briefs into strong visual concepts and scalable design systems across paid social, CRM, web, marketplaces, and retail.
• Shape campaign/product launch identities through typography, colour, layout, motion, and other visual principles.
• Design for brand partnerships, bringing Loop and partner identities together in a natural way.
• Create guidelines, templates, and toolkits to help internal teams, freelancers, and agencies execute consistently.
• Work on packaging concepts, retail POS, launch identities, and other high‑impact brand moments.
• Contribute to design reviews with typography, grid, colour, and detail insights.
