Job summary

Launch With Us is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join on a contractual, full-time basis. You’ll own design from brief to final delivery, producing static ads, carousels, and motion assets for leading ecommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.

You’ll work with strategists, media buyers, editors, and content creators to identify winning patterns and scale performance. The role emphasizes high-quality craft, brand-aligned visuals, and the proactive use of AI tools

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a graphic designer in ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments.
• Standout portfolio showcasing design quality and craft.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with After Effects or motion tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a design workflow (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
• Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and paid social creative best practices.
• Strong typography, layout, colour theory, and brand systems understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise high-performing static ads and visual creatives for multiple ecommerce brands.
• Create assets for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms with formats/sizes for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, video editors, and content creators to translate concepts into assets.
• Iterate on winning concepts using performance data and testing feedback.
• Integrate AI tools into the workflow to generate ideas, produce variations, and improve output.
• Ensure assets are on-brand, polished, and pixel-perfect, meeting deadlines.
