Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to lead the visual craft for campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and interactive content in a client-facing role. You will collaborate with Design Leads and UX teams to map user journeys while maintaining brand integrity.

The role requires autonomy, strong typography and layout, and a portfolio that demonstrates motion design and interactive prototyping. A hybrid approach with office and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Visual Designer or hybrid UI/Motion Designer.
• Elite portfolio showing deep visual design execution, typography, and digital craft.
• Demonstrated motion design capability with short-form video, animation, or interactive assets.
• Hands-on experience creating interactive prototypes to map user and campaign flows using industry tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute, and deliver exceptional visual design and art direction across high-profile digital campaigns, flagship e-commerce platforms, and content-driven experiences.
• Own the motion landscape for projects—craft short-form video, dynamic social content, animated assets, and ambient motion.
• Build interactive prototypes to map out campaign flows, content hierarchies, and user interactions before production.
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure brand storytelling and seamless user journeys.
• Confidently present and articulate creative concepts to client stakeholders.
• Navigate client brand guidelines, knowing when to push creative quality further.
• Embrace AI-enabled tools and cutting-edge workflows in daily practice.
• Thrive in a fast-moving agency matrix with collaborative execution.
• Own the final delivery, ensuring high quality in design and implementation.
