Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a biostatistician with strong AI training to develop trustworthy AI-enabled statistical solutions for pharmaceutical research and manufacturing. You will work at the intersection of biostatistics, AI, and scientific software development, ensuring models are scalable, interpretable and validated in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, ML, Data Science, CS or related field, or Master’s with relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical modelling, study design, uncertainty quantification and model validation for CS/AI.
• Proficient in English communication across technical and scientific colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Make statistical, mechanistic and predictive models accessible to AI workflows via interfaces and model services.
• Ensure statistical integrity of AI‑enabled solutions, handling variability, uncertainty and generalisability.
