Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Business Analyst/Service Performance Specialist to generate insights for Marel Poultry, enabling value creation and informed decision‑making across regional and global sales and service teams.

You will lead BI projects, translate business needs into clear objectives, design BI solutions with IT, deliver dashboards, mentor a BI community, and support continuous improvement initiatives across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, computer science, mathematics, statistics, management, or Business Economics or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI projects within designated domain based on a prioritized list.
• Translate business needs into objectives with clear acceptance criteria.
• Design and model BI solutions with IT and business stakeholders.
• Deliver dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions.
• Provide technical leadership in BI and data analytics.
