Job summary

Leat is seeking a Backend Developer to build innovative, scalable solutions for a high-volume marketing and loyalty platform. You will join a close-knit team of ~15 developers and designers working in Maarssen, with two-week sprints and a practical, scrum-like approach.

You will design and improve backend systems powering data acquisition, engagement features, loyalty, and gift-card workflows, contributing ideas to push the product to the next level. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Two years min backend experience; ±4–5 years preferred
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficient with PHP, Laravel and MySQL
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend systems for our CRM platform
• Enhance data acquisition, engagement features and loyalty tools
• Collaborate with product/design teams and stakeholders on roadmap
